Happy New Year! In celebration of the twelfth day of Christmas, or Epiphany, I had moms and kids over at different times to explore, be creative, and dramatize the wise men finding Jesus in Bethlehem. (They weren’t in a stable anymore but in a house, so I changed out the space to reflect that.)

We followed the star (someone held it) all over the house until we came upon Mary and toddler Jesus (We had the moms be Mary a couple times. One time, the kids wanted to be Mary and Joseph and a doll was Jesus.)

This lesson was so fun, I am going to do it with the classes I visit at a couple churches and a school in January. Hope you enjoy the pictures!
